Common Questions
What is your minimum custom order requirement?
For custom sugar cookies decorated with royal icing and all other types of cookies, I require a minimum order of one dozen cookies.
Do you require a retainer for custom orders?
Yes, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date on my calendar. The remaining balance is due two days prior to pickup.
What are the lead times for custom orders?
For sugar cookies decorated with royal icing, I need at least 2-3 weeks notice. I am taking a very limited number of these per month (1-2), so I advise reaching out early!!
For all other types of cookies, I will need 1-2 weeks notice.
How does local pickup work?
Pick up for cookie drops and custom orders are at my home in New Fairfield. There will be a specific time window for pre-order cookie drop pick ups on Saturdays or Sundays. Custom orders will be picked up on an agreed upon day and time.
